1. Returns at Pickup Centres are not logged . until Jumia Returns Teams Show up
2. If your return dissapears or get more damaged or if damage was not reason for return  and its found damaged YOU ARE LIABLE
3. Even if you did an immediate Return at a pickup centre without even leaving the Jumia Pickup Centre you are liable
4. Your Return submission might take 48 hours or more !  to be avaialable for you to submit on jumia Website  your Return so as far as jumia is concerned even if you have physically returned your item to a  pickup centre it is NOT returned !

A Terrible experience i had  indeed !
